This formal event is open to those aged 13-19 at the time of the dance.
Tickets are limited, so please make your purchase through PayPal.
Please put the names and ages of the ticket holder(s) in the notes section of the transaction.
Do not use the gift option for sending money.

To purchase your ticket follow these simple steps:
1. Complete this Ticket Purchase Form. Agree to the Dress and Conduct Codes on the ticket form.
2. Fill out the form. Stop at the last question.
3. Pay using PayPal. (Make the payment to: treasury@bcha.cc. Add the name/s and age/s of the ticket holder/s in the note section.)
4. Answer "yes" on the last question of the Google Form and submit it.
That's it! You're all set.
NOTE: The BCHA Winter Formal does not include dinner. We will have hors d'oeuvres and water available.
This helps keep ticket costs down for participants.
Dress & Conduct Codes:
Important: All attendees are asked to sign our Dress Code/Code of Conduct acknowledgement in order to attend. These codes can be found in the Ticket Purchase Form (link above). In the rare event that the Dress Code and/or Code of Conduct is/are not followed, we reserve the right to ask the ticket holder to comply. In addition, the ticket holder may be turned away at the door or asked to leave.
